Ashokan and Falcon Ridge!

Richard and I are looking forward to an extended week of music and dance the end of July this year. We are heading out to New York, first for the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and then on to Ashokan for a week of music instruction and nightly contra dances. Richard has been before, but for me it will be the first time, and really a dream come true. There will be some familiar faces, and quite likely some familiar tunes, but to be immersed in music and dance for a full 9-10 days will be a great way to improve skills and repertoire, as well as just plain having fun.
