These beets were home canned by yours truly in my All American Pressure Canner. It has been many years since I have canned anything, so I was quite pleased to put up some veggies for the winter ahead. Good thing Hannaford is around the corner, not sure how long these beets will keep us going, haha.

Saving these four jars for a special family dinner, for sure :) I'll have to check my computer for the time... Be assured, I DID NOT can beets at 3:53am, haha...
