A friend of mine at work has a niece who has leukemia... and is very close to dying. This little girl is part of a family with a mom and five siblings... and aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents... and friends... and more recently a family of medical care givers. This little girl is nine years old, and has fought a brave fight. My heart goes out to all her family. This little girl and her mom have been journaling over the past couple of months. It's been a hard week for this little girl.
