The waves are gone! They're totally covered now with paint that is called "Toasty Tan" but really looks like wet beach sand. This bookshelf holds home improvement reference books, biographies, and our nature & environment collection. This also seemed like a good place to display some of our many family photographs. 
We have a lot of books. This book case holds most of our paperback non-fiction collection. We each have some authors that we favor, and some topics of personal interest. Library book sales are one source of acquisition... the Cary Memorial Libray in Wayne and libraries in Topsham and Brunswick are ones we frequent. Over the Waves is a lovely waltz.
